What are you thinking about a dream? Yeah, maybe you will take your blanket and begin to sleep. No no no :D

It's interesting to discuss about a dreams. I means about what we are to be and what we wants to do. But sometimes dreams will come with another way and chance. I'm so amazing with the way that some people take. You know many ways to get your dreams.  I still believe that human must take their time and energies to make their dreams come true.  Exactly, don't waste your time with only dreaming.  Wake up and try to reach that.

1. Didalam UU No. 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta didalamnya mengatur tentang Hak Cipta, Pengetahuan Tradisional dan Hak Terkait:

a.       Jelaskan yang dimaksud dengan Hak Cipta, Pengetahuan Tradisional dan Hak Terkait  beserta dasar hukumnya!

b.      Jelaskan pula perbedaan  jangka waktu perlindungan hukum Hak Cipta, Pengetahuan Tradisional dan Hak Terkait!

2. UU No. 15 Tahun 2001 tentang Merek mengatur tentang Merek, Indikasi Geografis dan Indikasi Asal:

a.         Jelaskan yang dimaksud dengan Merek, Indikasi Geografis dan Indikasi Asal beserta dasar hukumnya!

b.      Jelaskan tentang Merek yang tidak dapat didaftar dan permohonan Merek yang harus ditolak dalam pendaftaran!
